- "CSC" contactors incorporate a frontal block with three early-make auxiliary together with 6 quick discharge resistances (two per phase) through which the capacitors are switching to the network, reducing the current peak. Once the resistances have damped the current peak, the main contact short-circuits the resistances, carrying the uninterrupted current. A few milliseconds later the early-make auxiliary contact drops the guarantee that all current flows through the main contacts.
