U-Shaped with 90 Degree Bends to Pads that are 5 inches long. Three Strips layed with a Spacer than 2 more Strips form the Strap. Spacer is 1/4 inch thick. Strap is 7/8 inch thick. 19 inch long x 8-1/2 inch high.
